What is an Associate?

Overview

An Associate introduces Classic Paints to someone who ends up buying paint. That’s it. You don’t need to sell, stock, or quote — we do that for you.

How It Works

• 👉 You tell a contractor, friend, or business about Classic Paints.
• 👉 They request a quote and mention your name.
• 👉 We handle the order. You get paid 5% when they buy.

Associate Rules

• 🗣 Referrals must be real people/businesses — no random names or scraped lists.
• 📣 Your referral must mention you or use your referral code when contacting us.
• 🛍️ Classic Paints (Pty) Ltd is a cash and carry business, no credit will be provided.
• ⚖️ All transactions and quotes will be subject all Terms and Conditions set by Classic Paints (Pty) Ltd.
• 🏛️ If not VAT Registered, you will receive commission on amount before VAT.
• ✅ Payment is made on completed and paid sales only (not just quotes).

Support

• 💥 Classic Paints (Pty) will do everything possible to make the sale.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 A Support Agent will be available during normal business hours.
• 🌐 All information about the products available is on the Classic Paints Website.
• 🖥️ If you are serious on making extra money, you will receive an online dashboard to track your sales and payments.

Commission & Tax Information

• 🧾 If you are not VAT registered, commission will be paid based on the amount received before VAT.
• 💸 All commission earned is taxable and must be declared in accordance with SARS regulations.
• 📄 Reasonable business-related expenses may be tax-deductible — please consult a registered tax practitioner.
